Great gym but worst staff ever!

I joined last April with the flexi contract. I was being paid every Tuesday and made sure to ask if my monthly payment could be taken on Wednesdays. The staff looking after me told me "no worries".. i was also offered a free PT session that I never ever got.
A month after i received a letter from debit success asking me to pay my monthly payment plus 10 $ of fee as there was insufficient funds on my account (i transfer most of my weekly pay on my savings account).. when i checked my bank account, I saw that they tried to take my gym payment on a Monday.
So i paid it and went to the gym to explain the situation.. i had another staff dealing with the issue.. and same problem the following month.. so after 6 months of paying my membership plus fees for "insufficient balances" just because they can things right, i decided to end my membership as another problem happened while i was overseas.

It's a shame as it is next door, i love the classes and the ladies only work out room but i got so sick of paying a 100 $ a month (90 $ flexi+10 $ for "insufficient funds" fees) and not being looked after properly by the staff.
