Paid for the shed in October 24 and still awaiting delivery there support team are based in the Phillipines are useless save the trouble and buy another brand

If I could give them 0 I would. Nothing but trouble. 7 things missing from shed components delivery. Tried to blame the delivery guy for the first missing component. Then they want photos of what’s been delivered to prove something wasn’t delivered. Have to keep emailing and phoning. They talk the talk when selling the shed. Then you never hear back from the sales guy after numerous messages on updates of delivery. Delivery was months after promised date. I suggest going with any other company than this one.

Been over a month and still no shed, a million excuses but still the shed sits at their warehouse ready for dispatch since 3weeks ago. Refusing to refund at this stage also.

everything was fine until i started dealing with Garden Shed to do the installation it took 3 email before they understood that the slab was already down then they sent me an account for the shed i had bought direct from easy shed eventually they worked out i only needed the installationfor which they quoted $450.00 that was paid into their account then 3 days later they done the install . the installer done a great job just dealing with the emailsasking for money thats already been paid is turning the whole thing sour
