      They do not have the expertise to install heating units

      I have got my ducted heating installed from them 3 years back and till now it is not working fine. Every other is stops working and they are not able to fix it. Recently they have stopped coming to fix it too and asked us to follow up with manufacturing company. Really unhappy off with the service.
