No Stars - be sure to check your rentals with these guys and read the fine print - it seems to me that: they conveniently let you run over the agreement time (even though they assure you that "as long as it takes"), incompetent, can't contact them, can't make frequent regular appts, charge a fortune, get tests wrong, give you machines that don't work, which you're stuck with for 2 weeks, and then they charge you rental for it; conduct tests poorly (and wrongly, and expensively) that you can get done for free elsewhere and then misreport. Anything else they can get wrong? Out of five I give them a minus 6
