Incredibly poorly installed system, not working to the promised standard nor installed to Aust standard. Local office does not answer phone calls or emails promptly, and when they do answer they are dishonest and won’t address concerns or severity of the matters at hand. Whilst repairs are due to take place this week, we have been disputing our issues with this company since late January 2023. Head office are not interested in helping either. Call centre hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone higher than the state manager as they were not returning calls or emails. Avoid this company at all costs.

Do not use this company. Poorly installed system, not installed to Australian standards. Local Solahart business, does not answer phone calls or emails, and when they do they can not honestly address concerns or issues. Incredibly disappointed. Steer clear.

If you need a job done properly the first time, I would highly recommend Five Star Power. Efficient and nothing was a hassle.
