TRI Plumbing Services

Had a water leak in my wall, Tri Plumbing was more then happy to come around and put a hole in my wall and found the leak. Well that was like 2 months ago and after ringing and ringing and seeing them and sending my insurance details... Nothing no phone calls back even when told they would muilt times still nothing. So left with a hole in my wall and now have to find another plumber to fix the leak that was left.

Thanks Tri-Plumbing and don't worry about sending me a bill as i have a bill waiting for your for your poor service.

They tried their best to do the job slowly. If you don't want to be ripped off, stay away!

There was a leakage. I found TRI plumbing on Google, and because there were good reviews, I called up and Atila came to give me a quote, he acted professionally and nicely and said he can do it immediately. And told me it only needed one person to do the job, maximum would be four hours. So I agreed. But it turned out to be Atila and his staff (two of them) doing the job. The first hour was about $150, the following hours were about $110. When doing the job, Atila was totally different from the person who was quoting just an hour ago. The WORST thing is very obviously Atila and his staff tried their best to be SLOW !!!! so that they can charge more!!! They managed to make it five hours (which is another $110) and charged extra for materials. The account/admin was very rude too when talking to her. If you don't want to be ripped off, make sure you avoid this company!!!!

We also needed an aircon installed at that time, and Atila said that they are specialists and qualified to install aircon too and suggested that we should put the outdoor unit right beside our main electricity box! Anyone specialists know this is not allowed!!! Luckily we didn't ask him to do that! If we did, I cannot imagine what kind of danger he would have brought to my family!!! Avoid!!!!
