Reid Cycles

I wasn't expecting such great service from them. The bike was a cheap price and so good for the money. Top marks all round.

I bought a new mountain bike from the REID Cycles website on 26/06. It was an Argon 21 model. They txt me on Wednesday 30/09 to pick it up at their Melbourne CBD store. However, when I arrived, they tried to offer me a completely different model, which was inferior in all components than the one I bought online, not to mention a different colour. This was because they did not have the Argon 21 model remaining in stock in their warehouse. The model I'd ordered was still listed on their website, but they hadn't taken it down, nor listed it as out of stock. Their staff also tried to offer me this different model at a 15% discounted price, which was still around $160 more than the price listed on their website. Before pick-up I was never informed that they did not have this model in stock, and on arrival instore, I felt I was treated in a completely disrespectful and dishonest way. They thought they could sell me a cheaper, inferior model, and tried to mislead me to pay more than the price advertised on their website. This situation ruined my day and my plans. Subsequently, I sought (and got) a refund and would not recommend REID Cycles to anyone. I strongly suggest that if you're in the market for a new bike, you seek it elsewhere.

Just want to thank the guys down and Reid cycles, my husband and I purchased 2 Urban bikes and couldnt be happier bikes & staff are an absolute winner - shout out to Dylan for the help!

Service is awesome, I have bought a bike last week and the team at Raid have set up my bike and gave me free gifts and made it look so easy, highly recommended.
