Let me start off with saying, this company takes their clients very serious. I am a young e-commerce developer with several stores and many years of experience in the e-commerce trade. I have become experienced in marketing because previously I was not able to find a company that did exactly what they promised until I found Xugar. They took me as a client late last year, listened to all of my issues, problems, and challenges. Xugar swiftly came up with a plan of action to fix my issues and to increase my return on ad spend. (They communicated every single step with me knowing that I'm a bit of a control freak) Their actions are quick and precise with great results instantly. They are so attentive and I feel like they really care about my business. They have been so great with the google ads that I have signed up for the SEO package. I have also recently given them access to my second business for them to help me scale. They have a team member for every department which I love the most, they have a Google ads team they have a Google SEO team they have a social media marketing team they've got their own Snapchat and TikTok teams. These guys will blow your business up be prepared to call them and say slow down. Highly recommended, and fairly priced. Thank you for making my life easier!

I Hired xugar to redesign my website WordPress WooCommerce, this project took them around 1 year and the following occurred:

1-They made a demo that we approved but it never deployed correctly

2-It made the site very slow and a lot of bugs and errors

3-i discovered that they only installed a theme called Electro which was not deployed properly or paid for.

4-they connected me to a developer named RAJ to fix all the issues, he took him more than 4 month to make a test page with left menu which I did not like how it looked or approve of the appearance of .

My Main issue that I needed resolved that was not the main menu of my webpage I specifically asked for a version 3 of the theme they applied and still they were not able to deliver.

Finally, this person was non-professional, rude, hung up the phone on me, and send me an email saying that he closed the project.

After writing a bad review one of the top managements promises to look at the case to help me. One week later called to confirm me that this project is closed and that I will be charged for any changes. Even though I haven’t received my source files and never approved the deployment

Our experience with this company is that they are not professional at all with web design and development and very expensive comparing to others and too slow. I found another expert with this theme who will only charge me 10% of what Xugar charged me



I'm going to rise a claim with customer affairs as a first step
