DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! I moved not even 500 meters and I was charged over $1,000. I moved across the driveway of one unit to another in the same complex, so there was no use of the truck and should have taken just a few hours. But they took half a day and arrived late but they put down they started at the time they had arranged with me. In ONE BOX there were six saucepan lids, in another they put in doona's that were in their original plastic packaging. They did NOT move my canisters, my cleaning products etc. So basically they left half of my stuff there. The amount of boxes they used was ludicrous. Seriously 38 boxes for a small unit. Do yourself a favour. LOOK ELSEWHERE !! I had to give a star as it is a requirement and can't post without one.

Don't use these guys!
We hired them in January '16 for our move from Wollongong to Dubbo because they came in cheaper than several competitors, but they never mentioned the hidden cost of about $800 for the boxes (some companies charge for boxes, others build it in to their total costs). When we addressed this to them, they claimed they had informed us - which they did not, because their total cost came out much higher than their competitors and we never would have chosen them if we had known this. Eventually they agreed to refund us $300, but then never did and stopped responding to our emails. We're now filing a dispute through our credit card company.
On top of this, they were totally disorganized (showed up at the wrong time, ran out of tape, had no wardrobe boxes despite specific instructions to include these, tried to charge us materials costs for our own personal boxes), repeatedly failed to return our calls, and broke several things.
We've moved many times and this was one of the worst experiences we've had.

They are fantastic.
