I have suffered from chronic pain for almost 9 years now since spending 19 months in Bunbury hospital because a surgeon kept butchering my bowel. 8 failed surgeries later the nurses finally risked their jobs by getting me transferred to Perth because, quote "he is killing you"! That was about 5 years ago. I tried different Drs and clinics but they ALL were about the money, never remembered all my health issues even though I saw them twice a month! They just didn't care. Then just over 2 years ago a friend suggested I try Dr Craig Shaw at View Street Medical in North Perth. He is AMAZING! His empathy and understanding of my various major health issues has been a medicine in itself! Such relief to have someone actively listen, run tests etc but most of all he genuinely cares!!! And it's not only Dr Shaw, (although he is my favourite and one of the kindest man I've ever met!!) but when he goes on holidays he always tees up another doctor and tells her everything she needs to know about my health and she is just as caring of Dr Shaw. Then there's the nurses and admin staff... They ALSO treat me with the utmost respect and care! The WHOLE TEAM, EVERY STAFF MEMBER are kind and welcoming! When you suffer chronic pain that is so essential... It might not take my pain away but it sure feels good to be HEARD AND SEEN AND MATTER!!! I just can't praise this company enough for clearly having high standards to who they hire so the whole team runs in unison! Of course, Dr Craig Shaw is just that bit more extra special and I just can't thank them enough!!
