COMPLETELY NEGLECTFUL TREATMENT: I took my dog there for a suspected tick, he was never checked for a tick at all. Dr Harry sent us home without treatment. My dog then got worse very quickly, we ended up finding the tick ourselves and removing it. We returned the next day and they gave him anti-tick serum and held him there for a few hours. They then had us collect him as they were closing. He was discharged with a level 3b tick reaction, which is quite severe. There was no recommendation to go to another vet and we were assured he was going to be okay. He died about 12 hours later during the night, as his breathing got significantly worse. MY 5YR OLD DOG'S DEATH WAS AT THE HANDS OF "DR" HARRY AT NORTH RICHMOND VET. Do not take your animals there to see him.

Dr Karen Hedburg from North Richmond vet hospital. All i can say is amazing. I have abyssinian cats, and one of mine had compulsive disorders where she kept pulling at her gums. Mean while i went to Kellyville ridge vet hospital and said she had severe abbesses and needed heaps of teeth removed. And blood tests, liver tests etc. $900- $1000. Couldn't guarantee surival coz of her age.
Went to Karen, NO ABSCESSES, just had tartar build up on her teeth. To this day, not one problem.

Thankyou Karen, because of you, my Abysinnian is healthy and happy and would of went under a huge operation for absolutely nothing.

Could not be happier .... The staff are friendly and helpful ... Didn't matter how many times I rang throughout the day the week our Suzy was in there for, they always answered any of my concerns without hesitation ... I was always told what was happening with her even down to what she had eaten .... And the cost .what a surprise .. Well let's just say after 2 other estimates it was a third of the price , and that's with her staying overnight for 5 nights .... Couldn't fault them in any way .... Thank you for making Suzys surgery comfortable and putting my mind at ease whenever I needed it ..
