I asked a question upon entering the shop as we were aproached by one of the workers in the shop and were asked to waitI in the back of the shop with my invalid friend who I was helpng, That same worker then left the store and returned about 15 minutes later carrying some shop bought items and disappeared into the back of the store with another store person. We sat there for well over an hour waiting before being served and then were told that they could not help us as the home phone service was in his wifes name and not in his. we waited 1 and a half hrs to hear the answer to our question that she could have answered upon us entering the store.
