Why do they NOT ANSWER THEIR phone? When I rang, I got a lot of bips and other noises - is it a fax machine? No one bothered to answer, anyway, so I was forced to drive there to give them my message.
In this modern age of instant communications, such a lack of service is totally unacceptable.
