Bought a bed which they told was the strongest among all they had and paid good amount of money. After 2 month of purchase one leg of the bed frame showed a crack. Contacted them immediately. A person came for inspection after 2 weeks and told its been hit by some vacuum to cause the crack. They then colored the crack with marker pen and told that should solve your problem. I argued with them to get it fixed, they offered me $100 bucks to fix it ourself as they wont do anything . Terrible service . They should be caught by the government

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Lounge along the seam was ripping after only 10 months of owning this lounge. After emailing them for 2 months after threatening fair trading they said they would take to to get fixed after a week away they repaired it and I got this email. Please note as per the inspection report the damage was occurred due to something hard that may have rubbed across the fabric, for example : clothes or cleaning cloth etc, hence was not a manufacturing fault. However, since it was first issue we did fix this under warranty for you but going ahead charges may apply for similar issue. Please tell me how on the exact seam and it’s ripped. I then emailed them about how badly the job was done and they replied with Sorry about that but that is how the professional has fixed it. If you are still unhappy with the fix, we can offer you a discount of $200 to keep the lounge as is.

Please share the bank details and we can process the $200 refund for you.no. So after fair trading could not assist it will be going to NCAT the worst company to deal with.



Photo attached is after was repaired emailed them this photo and this is the response As shared previously that the tear was not a manufacturing fault, however we still had it fixed for you under warranty. Moreover, we even offered an additional $200 discount as you were not very happy with the fix.

Now, since it’s been more than 12 months since the lounge was purchased we will not be able fix it under warranty for you.

The electric lounge that I bought broke after two weeks. The customer service is not good you have to follow up many times. I am really disappointed of this company.
