Royal Caribbean International

Beware of accepting employment from this rogue company. I worked for Royal Caribbean for one day - and 8 weeks later they haven’t paid me and have stopped answering my emails.

I have attempted to call and email Royal Caribbean to cancel a cruise for nearly a month for my family and I. I have waited on the phone for hours. Today I finally got through and cancelled my cruise and have been charged a penalty. Not happy. They would not cancel my other families bookings even though they were connected to mine. I now have to try and contact them again.

I have been unable to obtain a refund on part of my cruise from Honolulu to Sydney in October although the Ovation of the Seas promised me and my travelling members a refund NOT a Future Cruise Credit
