Local of the Wonthaggi area for nearly 30 years. I’ve been told many anecdotes of bad experiences.

The vets and vet nurses I cannot fault at the Wonthaggi clinic.

However, management has little care for animal welfare and animal rights. Overpriced for sure as many people have commented. Customer satisfaction from management level is not a priority whatsoever. My pet was given the wrong treatment and they refused accountability even after admitting to unintentionally causing the life threatening condition. Resulting in thousands of dollars from my pocket to prevent my pets death.
