Northam Taxis

Rang at 1120 to make a booking for 1645 the same day (5 hours later!). WHen they had not arrived by 1650 rang to check where they were and was told that the driver was on their way, just around the corner. 1705 rang again, went straight to voicemail twice. Rang again when they had not turned up by 1710.

FINALLY at 1715, a whole HALF HOUR LATE they turned up. The driver said he had only just been told to come right then.

I booked as I had to be at an event at 1700 (5pm) and had purposefully booked it early in case they got busy. Apparently they would have arrived quicker without a booking as they were doing other jobs.

Unfortunately they are the only company in town. Everyone at that event now knows how they treat bookings

Prompt pick ups and friendly drivers. Booked them for station pick up/drop off and day trips to Toodyay and York.

Diane arranged for York return trip to go the other route so I'd see more of the landscape. This is business with a heart.
