they charge me 505AUD for unlocking my door, without any replacement. I have to wait for them more than an hour outside my door. the website tells us 25AUD, if we ask for the price earlier, they won't answer. Do not use this service guys.

Called today Sunday, not public holiday or crazy hours. Called on a standard Sunday at around 4:00pm. The worker spent 20 min and charged me $820 to open a door. No lock change no nothing.

I was expecting a large amount of around $400 for a locksmith already thinking it would be expensive. But $820!!!!!!



I’m a single mum that was locked out with her son and puppy and had to give away the last $800 I had.



I cried paying the bill. Hope you are happy being $800 richer.

This pack of crooks showed up to the home of a disabled man who had simply lost his keys. Instead of offering honest help, they picked the lock and hit him with a $569 charge, then demanded another $400, threatening to come back Monday to collect it.

This wasn’t a service call it was a scam. They saw someone vulnerable and thought they could shake him down for cash. Absolutely shameless behaviour. They are predatory con artists taking advantage of people in crisis.

If you value your money & safety, stay far away from. Quick Pick Locksmiths. This is the kind of business that gives entire industries a bad name.

I will continue to file formal complaints till I see proof that this man's money has been returned.

Quick Pick Charged $2500 to replace a locking mechanism and lock. Couldn't even quote the part number for the replacement parts on the invoice or justification for the 2 separate installation fees. They weren't even at the property for an hour



For Something that wouldn't even cost $400 to buy new from Bunnings. $899 for a new mechanism and $599 for a new lock (without replacing any other parts) for an existing lockwood mortice set lock is criminal.



They pushed the price right up to maximum claimable $2500 for the emergency repair as part of rental properties agreement in accordance with Consumer Affairs Victoria guidelines.



Never going to use these jokers again. They Are Criminals

When I realised I had lost my keys the other night, I rang Quick Pick Locksmiths. Joe turned up very quickly - earlier than the advised estimated time - always a "plus" when it's late in the evening! He was courteous, and had me back in my apartment in minutes. Excellent service. Highly recommend them.
