Don't choose Premier Strata Management to manage your unit block. Premier Strata Management are the worst Strata Management mob I've ever had to deal with in my life. Their Strata Managing Agents never listen. Always rude & demeaning in nature even when discussing maters with the Licenced Strata Managing Agent staffers there. All you'll ever hear is "Ahh yes, we're getting on with those repairs now & just getting quotes for that job now". 4 years later. You'll keep following up with Premier Strata Management. Who will just continue repeating the same thing to you. You'll find the repair jobs Premier Strata Management have been informed about & claim they're getting quotes for now. Still won't have been done at all 3-4 years later them repeating that same response. "Ahh yes we're just getting our quotes now". . You can always trust the block of units you live in will be poorly maintained & possibly even become dangerous to walk around when it's Premier Strata Management keep telling you they're getting on with the job. Ahh yeah. Premier Strata Management will always blame you for any problems they're causing you too you'll find. It's not easy having to tolerate Premier Strata Management's on-going beligerance. Especially over time. . You'll find nothing actually ever gets done or repaired around the block of units you live in, when it's Premier Strata Management being paid to take care of those matters.
Unpainted doors for example, that have been left that way for over 3 years now since Premier Strata Management claim. They'll ensure those unpainted doors are painted with-in the month if not 2 max after being informed of the work order requests. No joke, 3 years later those same doors are still unpainted. Premier Strata Management won't care about blown light bulbs around your block. Leaving large areas areas of the block of units you live amongst. In a dark & dangerous state for 12 or more months. including dark stairwell areas with no light at all. Internal stairwell areas for example. Pitch black. Missing roof eve panels is another prime example of Premier Strata Management & their gross neglegence when it comes to not organising repairs to that area of the block. Anytime there's a strong wind. More roof eve panels keep falling out of the roof here. Making that problem worse since the problem started & Premier Strata Management were informed about the problem they made clear they'll get onto fixing, straight away. 3 years later. Those same missing roof eve panels are still missing now, year 2026 since Premier Strata Management made clear year 2023. We've got the money & that repair will be done this year. Next absolute latest ! .. Year 2026. See photo's attached.. More panels keep gradually falling out too, one by one any time the wind blows here.. Year 2011 to year 2026 now. No joke. It's been an on-going problem for 16 years total now circa'. Who's to blame Premier Strata Management. Seriously !?. . You'll get sick of hearing Premier Strata Management claiming they're onto it. Then not doing anything to organise the repairs. Regardless of the fact you & your Strata Committee are paying Premier Strata Management to do the job. Always polite & courteous to the Premier Strata Management staff no matter how rude they've been to you.. You'll find Premier Strata Management don't get onto any work orders they been sent to organise repairs for the block they're paid to manage & only blame the Strata Committee for any work not being done. Premier Strata Management will always blame you for any mistakes they've made or are continuing to make when informed. Including varied levy amounts on invoices Premier Strata Management calculate wrong & send you.
I could go on forever about how bad Premier Strata Management are, I really could. As bad as it sounds. No joke. It's fact. There's NOTHING good about Premier Strata Management. Premier Strata Management fail every way possible. I
