I’m feeling defeated! 6 weeks ago I booked my campervan Brutus into Basil to have some serious rust cut out of it. I took him there today as arranged to be told he was too busy and couldn’t do it now until the new year. I expected him to have it for a week so I’d arranged accommodation, stripped the van of my belongings, put off getting my new solar panel installed until after body work had been done, delayed the installation of my new fridge until the new year as they wanted to do it this week and the van wouldn’t have been available. I’m so upset. Basil had my phone number so I can’t understand why he couldn’t have rung me and let me know so I could have changed my arrangements too. I would never trust him to fulfill an obligation again.
