No searches done or requested. They dug up a sewer line and then just poured footings regardless. A major section of work had to be destroyed and redone (and the sewer line rebuilt) . Later we found the kitchen slab area wasn't level. No apologies. Even the rectification work was poorly done! Cost us a fortune.
