Similar but worse experience to Leah B. Got stuck in a 5 year contract with them because we didn't read the fine print of the contract renewal which we wrongly assumed was for one year.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. BEWARE their terms and conditions! I've been out of contract for 3 years now (having signed in 2011 for two years). I just gave them notice that I wanted to end, to find out that they require you to give at least 30 days notice prior to the original sign date, otherwise you have to wait a whole other YEAR to leave. WTH??? These are worse contract conditions than gyms! I understand having to see out a contract, but having to do nearly an extra YEAR because of small-print clause 7.3 is just appalling.

I am disgusted. Combine that with their very average customer service the whole way through (don't get me started on how difficult it's been to communicate I'm only there by appointment so I needed to have someone call me to ensure I'm there for service call outs, AND the incorrect billing across the years that I've had to follow up) I would avoid this company like the plague. There are many other players in the market, use one of those. Use ANYONE else.
