We phoned to check if turf available and were told to arrive before 2.00 which we did but met someone leaving who advised we were too late and they weren't going to provide us with the turf. The website says open till 3.00 and no need to ring just turn up. When we phoned we were told there was nothing they could do so i emailed them twice with no response. On the third email I suggested free delivery to compensate for hiring a ute and taking the afternoon off work. Unbelievably still no response! I emailed the turf association and although they were horrified with the lack of service they were unable to do anything because this turf farm isn't in the turf association. They suggested I contact consumer affairs. I emailed them with my complaint and they said it wasn't within their jurisdiction. Very poor.
