Got a cab from the airport. Driver was friendly, but drove way too fast around corners. He also requested I pay cash at the end, rather than card, which seems odd to me.

I use this company for clients at work as well as when I don't have transport. Each time I call up it's a max of 30 seconds waiting time on the phone and a taxi comes within 5 mins! I thought it was a fluke the first couple of times but they've continued to deliver quick service. Definitely a go to for me.

15 minutes late. Office estimate$28, actual price $36. Driver drive as fast as possible. He could never have got us to the destination for $28. office estimate totally wrong. On arrival for pickup went to GPS location of our call, not where we had asked to be picked up at reception, driving past us waiting at reception. Technology shouldnt overide commonsense.

Worst taxi company, call fhem and still have to wait 30 minutes. Had to hail my own taxi in the end, whats the point of paying someone to answer phones when you still have to wait and hail your own. No wonder people drink and drive.

Actually had a great experience this morning!! (Unfortunately I'm used to terrible taxi experiences - I'd given up!!)
Taxi came fairly soon after ordering one, the gentleman actually got out of the car and opened the boot for me to put my bags in, he said he had gone home for the day and just finished cleaning the car when he got my job but still made the effort to come get me AND he was pleasant to talk to and didn't try to rip me off!!! Here's hoping the rest of the drivers are as good, especially if Uber is coming to town. Cheers for today taxi 549!

If i could give nothing i would. 3 taxi's accepted on the app then disappeared. They must have found something better.

Unfriendly driver, and when I asked if I could pay by card, said yes and charged me a 5% 'service fee' without telling me! Ill be using a different company next time!

Called blue darwin taxi.. waited for 20mins.. followed up.. they said just to wait. Called white taxi,the driver arrived just 4mins after talking.. informed blue taxi to cancel as i have been waiting for 27mins. Was told that it would affect my future booking with them.. i am very dissapointed at them.. instead of appollogizing and saying that they would improve, this female receptionist responded in a very stern voice saying that it would affect my future booking(in a bad way).. well i would never book blue taxi and would stick to white.. that is also why uber is taking over your business!!

Awful. Dishonest drivers will keep your personal items if you forget them in their car. Management will do nothing to help. Use another company until Uber kicks in.
