Beware!Do not waste your time or efforts trying to engage with this company. They may seem courteous but simply drag matters out without a result. Worst customer service experience ever.

The most frustratingly useless alarm system. SMS avoid them.

When I called arrogant Ashok .the last time, I was told by the hum who answered the phone that they had and no one was available to assist, that theyv no longer supply or service the unit they fitted just over 12 months prior and that the alarm system was out of warranty.

The installers that installed mums alarm were foul mouthed, used hammer and chisel to cut through cornice, left aluminium drillings where they fell, fixed door and window reeds where they were convenient not where practical, just left the alarm hub sitting on bench top with wires everywhere. System goes off line several times each week with any movement of wires. $7500 lemon 🍋.

Rang them and arranged a date and time for their tech to change over my alarm monitoring from another security company to them. They sent a quote as discussed and their tech came on time and did the change over. Overall their service is fantastic and have been very happy with their service unlike my previous security provider.

100% recommend Best Alarm to others without any hesitation. Use their service and only then you will find out how great it is.

We have been with the company for over 25 years. best Alarm now provides security service to our 100 premises . Definitely wouldn't deal with a company for over 25 years if their service was poor.

Unlike most other companies I have used Best Alarm service has been great. They do exactly what they say they will offer.Reading all these negative comments ,I wonder how many are actual true. More likely none.

We rang up monitoring for our business and end up having heated arguments when asked were was his business and about our privacy if we dealt with his company .apparently his business is his home and he also told us that his car and house value is more than a human ..Not sure what this has to do with his business .shameless guy

Be wary about this mob.Their website is full of lies.They claim 24/7 full service -- ITS FALSE. they keep business hours for support, not 24/7 ( office based in his very expensive house nearby what a joke ) They cost a bundle and provide lousy service.They are a complete farce

Terrible company to deal with. Use double speak and don't agree to provide the service they promised. Would give them no stars or a negative score if it were possible.
