Discount Custom Framing

I initially had my wedding photos and engagement photos framed here. I went back after having my first child to have baby photos framed. I wen the back because they did a good job with my wedding frames. I wen the back again with photos of my second child. I wanted the same frames as all my other frames. I was quoted 4 times more and I was told the frames had gone up. Stupidly I agreed but after some investigation I found out that the frames were the same price elsewhere but it was too late. I also raised with John that the photos in the frames with my first child were moving. I was told to bring them back. I did and John refused to straighten them without charging me. He blamed the photographer which is ridiculous. He was also rude and had zero customer service. You would think that after spending hundreds and hundreads of dollars, he would fix them for free. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of place provide excellent customer service and this is not one of them. I got ripped off.

John and Rose did an amazing job on two prints I needed framed.
It was an easy process that was reasonably priced and the end result is exactly what I wanted!
