Captain Snooze customer service is very professional & not just about making a sale. Although weweren'tdiscouraged from buying the bed we did even though when it was delivered it did have a sticker stating not suitable for children under 12 years old...our son is a lot younger than that!

Reasonably priced but their follow up customer service was a bit disappointing, had to ring to find out the bed had arrived ready to be picked up.
