i purchased a Sony television and it was faulty. This was determined within 2 days by their technician but they wanted to wait another several weeks to send a second person over for a second opinion. Now 2 months later they still have not collected my television or started the process for my refund. 2 MONTHS!! I can only wonder what they're doing with my money, hoping I go away. ACCC will want to know. I would never recommend buying from Sony store ever. If I bought from The Good Guys this would have been resolved within 2 weeks. I would have my refund and I would have been able to buy another television in the sales, which I've now missed. Thank you for ruining my Christmas Sony, where I was alone at home with no television. I'm done with you

For some reason I always avoided the Sony store whenI'vebeen on the market for new electronics. I always had it in my head that they would be expensive and they were more of a showcase store. One day when looking for a new TV I decided to look at them out of interest sake, and to my surprise not only did they offer me a much better deal than JB for the same TV, they did so with some really good customer service to go with it.
