Nundah Auto Electrics is the place to go with any electrical problems with your car. Highly responsive, empathetic and courteous. I have been a loyal customer for several years now and also recommend them to everyone I know. Great value for money, and peace of mind of getting the job done properly, every time.

Disappointing.

Had my show car towed there to have the generator looked at.

Almost 2 weeks later & constant follow up calls on my behalf as I had shows coming up & needed to confirm car would be ready as no contact from Brett re: progress was received.

During this time, my car was never looked at & car was left in the elements over this time, when promised would be locked away inside overnight. (This was a big part of taking the car there)

No acknowledgement from Brett regarding my concerns & when I spoke on phone to advise I may as well take elsewhere, 'No Worries' was my response.

When I collected the car, it was covered in a heavy layer of dust from being left out for that time.

Had towed elsewhere (at my $) & had problem diagnosed within the hour with alternate options & fixed price.

I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Alternator died on a Friday afternoon on the way back home from holidays to Maroochydore. Called and found Kylie empathetic most helpful and professional. Arranged transport of car to their shop. They waited after hours for it to arrive to secure it in the workshop, got the battery out to leave on charge over weekend for Monday and started the removal to correctly diagnose the problem also ready for Monday.

I turned up Monday expecting to be there for the day. They chased me off to have breakfast at a great reasonably prices eatery in Nundah. Upon return from a casual breakfast the car had had the alternator replaced and all back together running perfect. Most acceptable pricing and I was on my way. Many thanks Kylie and Brett as good an experience from a bad situation sitting on the side of the road Friday afternoon with our ports. Refreshing to be associated with such a professional outfit and get "service" with a smile. Highly recommended. Barry Cheales
