Your dark rye used to be soft, moist and tasty but now its dry and full of large holes as if it has a proving problem. Please fix it so that we can enjoy having it again.

Hi, I just want to tell you that your Sour dough bread is the best it's so nice. I travel 2 hours to buy in Bulk, at Lamanna in Essendon , I would love it if you could supply to Safeway Camperdown Vic just so I don't have to travel & freeze 20 loaves..... Congrats! for your Baker Happy Customer ! :)
