went to Just Cuts for Men in Oakleigh and honestly had one of the worst barber experiences I’ve ever had. I paid $40 for what was supposed to be a basic haircut and specifically asked for a skin fade. I even showed the barber a clear picture of exactly what I wanted. Instead of following the style, they did something completely different — not only was it nothing like the picture, but it wasn’t even close to what I asked for. On top of that, they trimmed way too much from the back, which made the cut look uneven and messy. Now I’m stuck waiting weeks for my hair to grow out just so I can fix it at a proper, professional barbershop. For the price, the service and result are absolutely not worth it. Totally not recommended — save your money and go somewhere else.

I had been going to this place for YEARS, when my grandson sat down the only female hairdresser asked how l wanted it cut, l said it leave it a bit longer, she cut it so short, uneven that l had to ask if she was a qualified hairdresser, when l called the owner to highlight , instead of apologising, instead he tells me l am being aggressive & said he could not see what was wrong with the haircut. My response to him, is l have been coming here for YEARS and l have never made a complaint. i was absolutely shocked at his response that he turned it around on me My foot will never be setting foot in that store. Such a shame, as it was convenient . You think you know people
