Prompt service and friendly. However my urgency appeared to be factored into the price which resulted in a good job but I paid over what I should have been charged.

Sadly I would not use again.

I woke up to find I had no hot water, I went outside after many failed attempts to turn my hot water heater back on I realised I had to call a plumber.



It has been a long time since I have needed a tradie, it made me a tad anxious- I decided to call a couple plumbing company.



The first company didn't answer, the second company barked a list of demands and questions about my current heater then I think he got annoyed and hung up- that's when I called Quicksure Plumbing and a lovely man named Ash answered.



Ash was the most polite, well spoken tradie I have ever met- extremely professional and understanding. Ash solved my hot water heater issue and even had time to do a couple more jobs whilst at my home.



10/10 experience- highly recommend to anyone needing a plumber!
