Rural Stone is an unconscionable company. We dealt with them for our house build. Prior to putting in the order with them, their customer service was okay. After paying them, it was non-existent.
Brett sold us tiles that he knew we would not actually be able to use (too thick for gyprock walls) then refused to even check with the warehouse as to whether they could be returned. He blamed the fact that we hadn't checked with the builder. So I guess he's either wildly incompetent or wildly deceitful. My guess is the latter.

When we needed further tiles, Brett had the incorrect ones sent. He then refused to get the correct ones delivered, we had to take the incorrect tiles out to the warehouse and swap them. Throughout all of this, getting a return call from Brett was absolutely impossible. It's more than six weeks later and they still haven't refunded us our delivery fee.
Do not use this company.
