Pete fixed our new dishwasher under warranty. Couldn’t be happier with the service! Worked around my schedule, excellent communication, very competent and truly nice bloke to deal with. Receptionist (Dawn) was just as lovely and all my messages got answered very promptly. Thank you Pete!

This is the work experience, came in basically accusing me of lying on everything I explained. Made me very frustrated to the point I had to ask him to stop accusing me of lying and then started raising his voice yelling all the way out the front door made a massive scene where my neighbors came out, i was asking him not to raise his voice also. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the owner of this company

Come and look at your appliances for 1-2 minutes.Says motor is broken And will give a call for the cost of Motor and repairs. After months of no words send you $99 bill for call out fees. Of course with an apology for sending the bill late.

12/10 great service. Really accommodating of my availability and highly knowledgeable on machines. Takes the time to give advice and explain things thoroughly. Highly recommended!
