It's a shame. The facilities are quite decent, but the management shows zero concern at wasting the time and money of long-term customers. And they are quite unapologetic about it. When a group of us complained after a couple of hours wasted traveling to see a show they cancelled without warning in order to make more money by showing something else, their response was to direct us to their disclaimer "Program may be changed without notice." What they fail to recognise is that saying you intend to treat your customers like dirt doesn't actually give you the moral right to do so. Save your money, stay home and watch Netflix.
