I came in to have a battery changed. After approximately 15 minutes, the lady advised me that she wasn't able to get the back of the watch back on. Then I was asked to come back in the afternoon when the lady who "usually" changes the batteries is in the store. I could not come back so I asked for my watch and left without the back on it. I went a few doors down to Prouds where they changed the battery AND put the back on without any problems. I'm not sure if this "service " is something that should be offered at the Young Regency store.
