East Coast Mobile Safety Certificates

I booked in for 3 x safety certificates including one for a sale, was told 8.30am and took the day off work for it. At 9am when no one showed, I called and was told there was a technical issue with the booking but it was still there in the background. I was told they could still fit me in and I told them I could do any time that day but needed a time to move another commitment around. I received a text saying my appointment was scheduled but no time. I called and got someone who wasn't sure what was happening, was told they would call me back. I sent a text reply to my booking text that day advising I just needed it to be completed by 4.00pm. 4.40pm came- no one had arrived and no contact from them since I called that morning. Tried calling their number and no answer but a very polite text offering their range of services - no thanks!
