They kept my seriously ill dog waiting in the cold outside their surgery for over an hour. Could not diagnose her despite tests carried out. The vet made very inappropriate comments thinking I could not hear, which I found offensive. My dog started out with a small mouth injury and I could not believe their treatments made her worse and worse until she tragically died leaving my family devastated. Absolutely disgraceful.
