ABC Blinds & Awnings

I would not use ABC blinds if they were the only company in Perth!! I requested a quote over a week ago explaining that I want a quote for al fresco blinds on a new build that will be completed early December. I heard nothing from you so sent another request yesterday.
Today I have had a phone call from a very rude woman from your company, unfortunately I didn't get her name. She demanded that I have an appointment on Friday, I explained that I do not live at the house and that it is a new build and that at this stage I wanted a quotation and information based on the measurements I had already sent.
She denied having the measurements so I provided them again. She shouted at me for apparently providing the numbers too quick and was rude because I didn't know the exact depth of the alfresco despite telling her it was 25 bricks high. She rudely asked which blind I wanted, I explained what we wanted and said we needed advice on which was best. Apparently this can only be done on the measure and quotation that I'll have to wait on a 2 hour time slot for. I again explained that we do not live at the house and that I also work full time and that I cannot be at the house for a 2 hour time slot. She stated several times that she would have to get 'Angela' to call me as if this was a massive inconvenience to her and to 'Angela'. She demanded my phone number despite having called me on it!
I found her to be rude, obnoxious and patronising. Please do not get Angela to call me, I am not interested. I will use a good company that actually want my business and treat me with respect!

Garry has just installed my blinds and I am very happy with them. Garry was very quick and efficient. He did an excellent job at installing them and I would certainly recommend Abc Blinds to friends and family. Blinds look great !

Most impressed. Gavin came to do the measure and quote. He was efficient and friendly and knew his stuff. Just about a week later Gary arrived to instal the blinds. He was super helpful and even put up an extra blind for me that had a problem. I would certainly recommend ABC blinds for service and price. Thanks guys!

After several ridiculous quotes from various vendors I had a visit from Gavin at ABC Blinds. Gavin was helpful, knowledgeable, and non-pushy whilst providing realistic quotes which were quite refreshing.
Within 2 weeks the Blinds were ready and installed by fitter Gary who was very efficient with great customer service.
Overall a great experience as we are very happy with the products and the way the service was provided.
I would recommend ABC Blinds to friends and family without hesitation.

The initial quote was prompt and the sales man professional...however it all goes downhill from here..very rude on the phone...poor communication - I had to initiate....not prompt in the installation...the staff in the "fit out" department could not give a stuff really...will not be using this company again
