Warning! All of the reviews are accurate. Will never use or recommend this company again. Would give no stars if I could. Dont you keep you updated, dont reply to emails. Office staff didnt know where driver was and asked me to tell him to call the office if I have contact with him! Asked for a discount for taking so long to deliver my vehicle and have still not heard back from them. Very very unprofessional, disorganised and extremely poor communicators.

People read the reviews. Stay away from this company!!!! Can lose a car!!! Load on tuesday for a 2 hour drive and now its thursday and still no vehicle.
Office staff and driver all have different stories. But no answer where the vehicle is!!!! Wouldnt rate them at all.

Two weeks still waiting no communication two different stories and yet no one can tell me where my new car is getting extremely annoyed (just being polite there) I will never recommend this company again I was better of spending the extra and picking the car up myself and I'd thought telstra was bad this mob puts the cherry on top of bad costumer service cake

Would not recommend to anyone. They said they picked our cars up so we waited for them to arrive but they never even picked them up. Couldn't accept any responsibility, driver blaming office and office blaming driver. I have to give one star to review but would not give them any stars. Don't waste your time with them!
