We can't speak highly enough of Rebecca's help and assistance during out recent bathroom renovation.

She can a good knowledge of product, as well as spending a considerable amount of time, assisting us in designing our new bathroom.

Our experience with this store was not without some blemish though, confusion over a skewed toilet, necessitated we had to pay a 20% handling fee, which we considered excessive and thought a good will gesture would have been appropriate of say half that amount, considering the amount spent.

We had cancelled our original plan to purchase from a leading national chain, out of appreciation for the service already mentioned and to 'bump up' the order. Such is life.

We were very impressed though with the rapid service in rectifying a leaking tap/mixer on out new basin/vanity. A tradesperson attended and repaired the same day reported to Rebecca.

Very poor service and products. They delivered a stone top with taps placed incorrectly and refused to fix it. The taps are hitting
the wall and basin and will damage both over time. The manager refused to take responsibility and therefore i recommend that you avoid them completely as they do not care about their customers.
