The staff were rude to my partner after she bought a phone case from them, the phone case itself was terrible, the phone shook in the case and the case came apart while in her handbag. Service staff were rude and said there was nothing wrong with the case while they could hear the phone rattling inside the case. Eventually took it back and gave a refund ($30 they charged for the case too btw) but i am currently waiting on the refund to be transferred

Beware of fix anytime from there. Fake products. I fix my Samsung there, never works well. Charge higher price than other place, use cheapest fake products.

I brought in my iPad Air to the Belmont forum Store on the 26th of September 2014 to have the glass replaced after it got cracked.

At the time there was no damage to the LCD Screen, only the glass needed replacing.

The Counter Service Person told me that the glass only needed replacing and that new glass would be applied - to which I was charged $148 up front.

When I first went to pick it up after a 5-day wait I found that the glass was not stuck to the body correctly.

There were scratches and adhesive on the bevel edge of the body and made the home button sits incorrectly and now has the potential of getting stuck under the glass.

I also found that the newly replaced glass was not cleaned properly on the back edge and the LCD screen also now has scratches - which where not there when I brought the iPad in for repair.

When I complained to the Service Person, I was told that there was nothing wrong with it but I stood my ground and requested that it get fixed correctly the lady said that she would get it rectified and have it back to me the following day.

When I returned I found that NOTHING had been done to rectify and was told that my standards were to high and that it was normal to have scratches and Ill-fitting glass after such a repair.
