Of all dodgy trades people this father and son team surely takes the cake. They arrived at our property in the morning and before work even started managed to let their work van roll into our garage door damaging it in the process. When my husband advised them that he would take the costs for the door repairs off the total installation bill Tony became very angry, swearing at him. He then jumped in the car with his son and took off without apologising, without paying for the damage he had caused and without doing any of the work he had quoted us. His reluctance to pay for the damage probably means that this business doesn't even have insurance. All I can say is “Shame on you Tony!” Everyone else: stay well clear!
