Backing his trailer into our driveyway today he smashed our electronic gate sensor, disparaged me for having a driveway too narrow for his trailer (which is very wide) and then took off in a snit without doing the job, nor apologizing nor offering to meet on the repair costs. He'd been our mechanic for ten years. So much for customer loyalty. The gate repair job will cost a lot and the rude behavior is unacceptable. Look elsewhere.
