Prior to arriving I called regarding obtaining a quote and was told to bring it in with no further stipulations.

After waiting 10 minutes and filling out the paper work I was escorted to my vehicle with an assessor and told as I don't have insurance I would have to pay $50.00 for a quote.

I explained that it was the other person who ran up my behind and he required 3 written quotes (as it was minor damage to the bumper and wanted to see if it was worth his excess).

As I had to come to them and wait around I don't feel I should have to pay for a quote for potential works.
