Officeworks Osborne Park

You can't believe it until you experience it. The poorest quality and service, rude staff, cruel Ts & Cs. Never buy any electronic device from Officeworks, never pay for an extended warranty. They have no mercy, no respect to customer. There is no supervision on this store, if anything goes wrong their head office won't help you. I have tried and am sharing my experience with you to do my duty of care for others who are not aware of this.

I am writing this on behalf of my colleague Diana. This is to a particular customer friendly staff person "Suel"; when Diana's keys and mobile was locked in the car. Suel came forward to help Di in 3 occasions by offering the phone to reach out for help. Suel was extremely helpful and offered a chair on an extremely hot weather while Diana was waiting for road assistance. Diana is really grateful to Suel for all her help and support offered. Thanks!

Without a doubt the repeatedly worst print centre I have used.

I usually never write a negative review because hey, everybody has a bad day.

However I have had repeated problems and lack of service at office works Osborne park. From arriving home only to find out that the scans have been carelessly cut off and not checked before charging me, to repeatedly long wait times only to be met with uninterested staff (with the exception of one red headed staff member) this store has never failed to fail me. Not just in their service, but in the products I pay for.

I would highly recommend any other print centre in the area. Snap printing is just a short distance up the road and is reasonably priced.
