If you have issues with equipment don't contact them as they basically telling you to deal with the issues yourself .I sent them emails with pics and videos regarding what was wrong and all I got was a couple of videos calls telling me to bang with a crow bar and a mallet the parts who don't fit or work properly .I refused to bang and I was expecting Renouf Fitness to fix the issues. Since my last email 3 weeks ago telling them to fix the issues I got no news whatsoever... .They very quick to take the order unfortunately their service is inexistent not mentioning their poor and confusing assembly instructions .I bought a brand new machine at %50 with "minors imperfections "and defenetely have a second hand machine who is still not functioning 5 weeks after the delivery ..Do not buy from them !

Decided to hire a xtrainer from them. Told it would arrive the next day (tuesday) so I called them and they abused me. So I decide to let it go. Anyway friday arrives so I call in and it finally arrived from their local warehouse. So we get it home and start using it and the arms fall off. Calls renouf to advise and get told its our fault because we werw in such a rush they didnt have time to service it.. will not go to renouf again as the lady is so stuck up and refuses to fix the machine so stuck with it for 3 months broken
