Extremely rude and unprofessional. The plumber made inappropriate assumptions and spoke to me in a condescending tone. I told him not to assume what I’m thinking, but he kept repeating himself like I didn’t understand. He was clearly just trying to get the job over with — in and out in under 15 minutes.



No customer service skills whatsoever. If you’re being paid for a job, basic respect and clear, polite communication should be the minimum. I definitely wouldn’t recommend him. Word of mouth goes a long way — especially if you’re looking to grow or maintain your business. You never know who knows who.
