I strongly advise against working with Andrew Spencer. After completing a job at Archier Street, Toowong, he failed to make payment despite multiple follow-ups via phone and email. None of my calls were answered or returned, and I was repeatedly ignored.



Even after finally responding, he blamed others for the delay instead of taking responsibility. Payment was long overdue, and I had to escalate the matter just to get a response. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable—beware if you’re considering working with him.
