I have to agree with Margaret - the service is very poor. They send unsolicited texts wanting you to order and when you do they take payment straight away but it takes weeks for them to fill the order. When you try to ring they don't answer the phone and sometimes you can't even leave a message. They just say "ring back later"!! Terrible service.

I’d been using them for a while, no problem. Then my last order was at least half completely empty capsules. Despite about 12 phone calls, emails and feedback forms no one has responded. Even as I write this their site says open but nobody answers. If you want to order they respond immediately. They even send unsolicited texts asking if you want to order. I would have been happy to accept a refund and yes, mistakes can happen, so end if story. Not now though. I suggest everyone avoid them and go somewhere where they value repeat customers and have some ethics
